HVAC BIM Clash-Detection Model

I need a detailed BIM model focused solely on the HVAC scope so I can run accurate clash-detection tests against the existing architectural and structural files. I will supply the latest Revit models, 2D HVAC layouts, and manufacturer data; all ductwork, pipework, equipment, and fittings must be modelled to the agreed LOD so Navisworks coordination sessions run smoothly.

Please use Revit 2022 (or a compatible version you suggest) and keep the file clean with proper families, naming conventions, and worksets—this will plug straight into my current coordination workflow without extra rework.

Deliverables:
• A native Revit file (.rvt) containing the complete HVAC model
• A coordinated NWC export ready for Navisworks clash tests
• A brief clash-report indicating any hard or soft issues you notice while modelling
