HSR Workshop Videography Needed

I’m hosting a one-day corporate workshop in the HSR Layout area of Bangalore and need an experienced videographer who can capture the session professionally from start to finish. The priority is clear, clean coverage of our guest speakers at the podium and during panel discussions, with crisp audio and steady, well-framed shots that will look good on both social media and our internal knowledge-share portal.

The venue provides a basic stage setup and balanced indoor lighting, but you’ll bring your own 4K camera body, lenses, tripod, and either wireless lavaliers or a shotgun mic so the speakers’ voices stay sharp even when they move around. A gimbal for brief walk-and-talk segments would be a plus, though not essential.

I will hand over a detailed run-sheet in advance so you know exactly when each presentation begins and ends. After the event I’ll need the raw footage plus one succinct, colour-graded highlight cut (around 3–4 minutes) that strings together the best speaker moments, branded with our logo.

Deliverables
• Complete raw footage of every speaker session (HD or 4K)
• One edited highlight video with basic titles, lower-third name tags, light music bed, and our logo intro/outro
• Audio tracks synced and levelled
• Final files supplied via Google Drive or similar within one week of the shoot
