Modern Interior Design Concept

I’m ready to give my space a clean, modern feel and need a designer who can translate that direction into a cohesive concept I can implement. Think sleek lines, functional layouts and a calm palette that still feels inviting.

Here’s what I’m hoping to receive:
• A clear design narrative explaining the modern look you propose
• Mood board with colors, finishes and key reference images
• Scaled floor plan with furniture placement
• 3-D visualisations or high-quality renderings that let me “walk through” the space before committing
• Sourcing list with links or codes for furniture, lighting and décor (items should be easily obtainable online or through major retailers)

Acceptance criteria
• The overall scheme must read unmistakably modern—no heavy ornamentation or dated patterns
• Colors, textures and furnishings should match the mood board and be available within commonly stocked ranges
• Renderings must accurately reflect real-world dimensions so I can check fit before purchase
