HRMS Software Customization

We are looking for an experienced Python Freelancer to work on our existing HRMS (Human Resource Management System). The HRMS is already developed and operational, and the freelancer will be responsible for modifying existing functionalities, adding new features, and making system enhancements based on our business and HR requirements.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with an existing codebase, understanding current functionalities, and implementing changes without affecting the overall performance, security, and integrity of the system.

Key Responsibilities
• Modify and enhance existing HRMS functionalities as per business and HR requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features and functionalities based on organizational needs.
• Customize workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and other HRMS modules.
• Understand the existing system and make required changes to the current codebase.
• Identify and resolve bugs, errors, and technical issues.
• Ensure new modifications do not affect existing system functionalities.
• Improve the system's user-friendliness, efficiency, and performance.
• Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and security.
• Work with the HR/Management team to understand requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Test and troubleshoot changes before implementation.
• Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and enhancements as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Python development.
• Experience working with and customizing existing web-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks, preferably Django and/or Flask.
• Good knowledge of database management, preferably MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Experience in developing and integrating APIs is preferred.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application development.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles to support user-friendly system development.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand an existing codebase and implement changes independently.
• Experience with HRMS/HR software development or customization will be an added advantage.
