House Interior Drafting - Single Floor House

I need a full set of architectural interior drawings for my new residential house. The scope covers the ground floor of the house, which its 165 SQM building area, from entrance hall to bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and every circulation space in-between. All plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling layouts and what i need only design drawings Neo classic aesthetic—think balanced symmetry, elegant mouldings and a restrained colour palette translated clearly into the drawings.

I will provide the base architectural shell (PDF and CAD) along with mood references; you translate these into precise, construction-ready interior documents. Please structure the files so my builder and millwork team can pull dimensions straight from the layouts. I work in AutoCAD 2026, so DWG delivery in that version is essential, accompanied by plotted PDF sheets.

Key deliverables
• Dimensioned floor plans showing furniture placement
• Interior elevations & sections with material call-outs
• Reflected ceiling plans with lighting positions and levels
• Detailed drawings for wardrobes, kitchen, bathroom vanities and any bespoke panelling
• A final coordinated DWG package plus print-ready PDFs

I review in two rounds: a schematic pass for layout and proportion, then a final pass for detailing. Please indicate your typical turnaround per round and any prior Neo classic residential samples when you respond.
