Hourly Boyfriend Booking System

I’m building an online “rental boyfriend” service and, at this stage, I only need the booking engine. The core requirement is a clean, intuitive system that lets users reserve company by the hour.

Here’s what I expect:
• An interactive calendar where visitors pick available hourly slots.
• Automatic handling of overlaps so no double-booking occurs.
• Simple admin panel for me to open, block, or edit time blocks in real time.

Payment, profiles, and chat will be phased in later, so please keep the code modular—framework-agnostic REST API endpoints or a lightweight Laravel / Node backend are both fine, as long as I can extend them. Responsive front-end in React or Vue is preferred, but I’m flexible if you have a faster route to MVP.

Once you hand off the code, I’ll test by creating several dummy users and booking consecutive hours; acceptance is complete when all conflicts are prevented and chosen slots persist after page refresh.
