I have a full set of detailed drawings for a new Residntial landscape build and now need a precise Bill of Quantities. Using the plans I provide (PDF and CAD), I want every item that will be installed on-site measured and scheduled so purchasing and tendering can start immediately.
Please extract quantities for all visible landscape components—plants, soil and mulch layers, edging, paving, walls, lighting, irrigation, site furniture, fixtures, and any other element that appears on the drawings. Where a specification is unclear, note the assumption and flag it for my review rather than leaving it out; accuracy and transparency matter more to me than speed.
Deliverables
• An editable BOQ spreadsheet, organised by CSI or landscape trade division, showing item description, unit, quantity, and a column left open for rates.
• A short variance log listing any drawing conflicts or missing information you discover.
• A marked-up plan set (PDF) highlighting your take-off zones so we can cross-check totals quickly.
Acceptance will be based on random spot checks against the design set; all counts must reconcile to within 2 %. If you have experience with Bluebeam, Planswift, or a comparable take-off tool, let me know when you send your proposal—I review submissions tomorrow and would like this wrapped up within the week.
