Project Title: AI Video Editor Needed for 2D Face Restoration of Historical Family Film

Project Overview: Looking for a technical video editor/computer vision freelancer to restore degraded, blurry faces in a short family film clip. The goal is identity preservation, not a fictional face swap. There are clear photographs of the subjects in the clip taken on the same day, so they can be used as a reference.

Key Technical Requirements:
- Experience with AI face restoration models like GFPGAN, CodeFormer, or DeepFaceLab / FaceFusion pipelines.
- Ability to maintain temporal consistency (no warping or blinking artifacts between video frames).
- Proficiency in traditional video editing suites (DaVinci Resolve or After Effects) for color matching, grain management, and deflickering.
- Must be able to provide a 3-to-5 second "proof of concept" sample frame before completing the full video.

Additional Information:
- Total clip length is 45 seconds.
- Preferred output resolution matches the original but can be reduced if necessary.
- Deliverable format: MP4 preferred (other formats acceptable).
