High-Ticket Closer for Salon Marketing Agency

Diivine Dynamics is a Salon Marketing Agency helping businesses grow through Meta and Google Ads. We're looking for a confident, persuasive closer to convert warm leads into paying clients over the phone/video call.

Role Overview
You'll be handed qualified leads (booked calls or warm inquiries) and your job is simple: get on the call, understand the prospect's needs, present our offer, and close the sale. No cold prospecting required, we bring the leads, you bring the close.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct scheduled sales calls with pre-qualified leads
- Understand prospect pain points and position our services as the solution
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospects to a decision
- Close deals and collect payment/contract signatures on the call where possible
- Log call outcomes and update the CRM after every call
- Follow up with prospects who don't close on the first call
- Hit monthly closing targets (deals closed / revenue generated)

Requirements

- Proven experience closing sales over the phone or video (agency, coaching, SaaS, or high-ticket sales background preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills
- Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls
- Available for US time-zone

Compensation

- 100% commission — 15-20 % closed deal value per sale
- Bonus: bonus structure for hitting monthly targets
- No base salary — this role is best suited for an experienced closer confident in their ability to convert
