High-End 3D Renderings for Marketing

We are seeking a quote for marketing renderings and a rendered walkthrough video for the Residences @256 for-sale duplex development in Port Huron, Michigan. Using CAD construction drawings, exterior and interior finish selections, and site and landscape plans we provide, please create one realistic exterior rendering of a complete duplex; furnished interior still renderings showing most areas of one representative home, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, each bedroom, bathrooms, and laundry area; furnished, full-color 3D floor plans or dollhouse views of each level; and an approximately 60–90-second rendered walkthrough video showing both levels, with smooth camera movement that helps buyers understand the layout and connections between rooms. Please propose camera views that provide good coverage without unnecessary duplication, state the number of still images included, and include approval of the video’s camera route before final production. All visuals should accurately reflect the planned design, finishes, and included improvements. Include two rounds of revisions, high-resolution still images suitable for print and digital marketing, a high-resolution MP4 video suitable for embedding on our website and sharing on social media, and permission for MCC and its sales representatives to use the deliverables in marketing. Provide pricing by deliverable and as a combined package, identify any additional modeling costs, and include the anticipated turnaround time and examples of comparable work.
