Photorealistic Exterior & Site Renderings

I need a set of high-quality, photorealistic images that capture the entire building together with its landscaping and parking areas. You will receive the architectural plans, reference elevations, and current site photographs; your task is to transform that material into visuals that look as if they were shot on location.

Scope of work
• Model the structure accurately from the supplied drawings.
• Recreate the surrounding landscape design and the full parking layout.
• Apply realistic materials, lighting, and environmental effects for true-to-life results.

Deliverables
1. At least three high-resolution daytime renders showing key angles of the building, landscape, and parking.
2. One dusk or night view to highlight exterior lighting.
3. Native source files (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender—or your preferred package) with layered materials for any future revisions.
4. A brief walkthrough or fly-around animation would be a welcome plus, though not mandatory.
