I plan to launch a secure, responsive web application focused on healthcare workflows. The platform will serve three user groups—patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff—so every interface must be intuitive and role-based access must be built in from the start.

Core features required
• Appointment scheduling – real-time slot selection, automated reminders, and calendar sync.
• Patient records management – HIPAA-compliant storage, audit trails, and granular permissions.
• Telemedicine functionality – HD video consults, in-session chat, and the ability to share files or images securely.

Deliverables
• Fully functioning web app deployed to a cloud environment of our choosing.
• Source code in a Git repository, clearly documented.
• Setup instructions and brief user guide for each role.
• One month of post-launch support for bug fixes or minor tweaks.

Acceptance criteria
1. Each core feature operates smoothly across modern browsers and mobile devices.
2. All data transmissions are encrypted end-to-end; sensitive information is never exposed in logs.
3. Patients, providers, and staff can sign up, sign in, and navigate only the modules assigned to their role.
4. Video consultations maintain stable performance on typical broadband connections.
5. Tests (unit and basic end-to-end) cover critical paths and pass in CI.

I am open to the stack you recommend—whether that’s React, Vue, or another front-end framework paired with Node, Django, or similar on the back end—as long as the finished product is robust, maintainable, and ready for iterative upgrades.
