I’m building out a health-and-wellness blog and need someone who can produce clear, research-backed blog posts that educate readers rather than simply promote products. Every article should break down complex topics—nutrition, fitness, mental health, lifestyle habits—into practical takeaways while maintaining an approachable, evidence-based tone.

You’ll receive a working headline or keyword and any background I have, then independently gather reputable sources (journals, expert interviews, official guidelines) to shape the piece. An understanding of basic on-page SEO, readability tools such as Yoast or Hemingway, and the ability to write in conversational American English is important; the blog will live on WordPress, so familiarity there is a plus.

Deliverables
• Fully written, original blog post(s) in Google Docs or Word format
• Engaging title, sub-headings, and a concise meta description
• Citations or links to every study, statistic, or quotation used
• Final copy proofread for grammar, style, and plagiarism (Copyscape/Grammarly)
