Handwritten Text Data Entry

I have a collection of handwritten notes that I need transcribed into clean, editable digital text. Every character appears only as plain text—no numeric tables or calculations—so the task focuses purely on accurate typing and consistent formatting.

The source material is entirely handwritten, some pages being clearer than others, so a sharp eye for detail and solid proofreading habits are essential. I will supply scanned PDFs or clear photos of each page. You will return the finished work as a Word document (or Google Docs if you prefer) that preserves all paragraph breaks, headings, and bullet points exactly as they appear on the originals.

Deliverables
• One neatly formatted text file containing the full transcription
• A brief note highlighting any words you found unclear, so we can confirm spellings together

I’ll review the file for accuracy and layout. If everything matches the originals with at least 99 % accuracy, the task is complete and approved.
