I have a backlog of handwritten notes—each typically running well past five pages—that must be turned into clean, professionally formatted Microsoft Word documents. Accuracy is critical: spelling, punctuation, spacing, and any original structure (headings, bullet points, numbered lists) should be preserved so the resulting file mirrors the intent of the handwritten source.
Several notebooks switch between languages mid-page, so an eye for multilingual text and the ability to keep everything in its proper place is essential. All text should remain editable; please avoid embedding scanned images except where a diagram or illustration genuinely cannot be typed.
For every batch you will:
• Transcribe the handwriting verbatim into a separate Word file named after the note’s original title or date.
• Apply consistent styles (heading levels, paragraphs, bullets) so the document is immediately usable.
• Flag any illegible words or ambiguous passages with a clearly marked comment for quick follow-up.
I will supply high-resolution scans or photos in PDF or JPEG; you return a Word file for each note. If this first set goes smoothly, I’ll have ongoing work ready. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and timely delivery will determine whether we keep the collaboration rolling.
