I have a full set of e-commerce website copy written in English—product descriptions, category blurbs, checkout prompts, even a few micro-copy tooltips—that now needs to resonate just as clearly in Russian and Tajik.
What I’m after is a fluent translator–editor who can do more than a literal swap of words. Each sentence has to preserve the sales tone, keep our brand voice intact, and read naturally to shoppers in both languages. Where the English relies on short CTAs or clever wordplay, I want culturally equivalent hooks, not awkward calques.
You’ll receive the pages in clean HTML snippets pulled from our CMS (no heavy code, just tags we need to keep). Please return:
• A Russian version with the tags untouched and line breaks preserved.
• A Tajik version in the same format.
Before sign-off I’ll review in-context, so accuracy with punctuation, UTF-8 encoding, and consistency in product names matters. Feel free to work in your preferred CAT tool (Trados, memoQ, Lokalise, etc.) as long as the final hand-off meets the exact structure I provide.
Timeline is flexible but I’d like to start rolling pages live in weekly batches; let me know your realistic throughput per day so I can schedule releases.
