Handwritten Notes to Word Document

I have a set of personal notes written by hand that I need typed up into a clean, editable Word document. Every underline, heading, bullet point and spacing cue on the page should appear the same way in the file so that the digital version mirrors the original layout. All pages contain text only—there are no diagrams or sketches to worry about.

The final deliverable is a single .docx file that preserves the exact structure of the notes while remaining fully searchable and easy for me to edit later.
