Handwritten Notes to Word

I have a batch of clear, high–resolution images that show my handwritten notes. The content is organised mainly as bullet-point lists, so I need those lists preserved exactly as they appear—indentation, order, and spacing included—when you convert everything into a clean Microsoft Word file.

Accuracy is crucial: every word, abbreviation, and punctuation mark must match the original handwriting. No re-phrasing, no omissions. Once you finish, the document should be proof-read so I can paste the content straight into my reports without extra corrections.
