We are seeking an experienced Group Creative Director to serve as a senior creative leader and strategic partner to the Chief Creative Officer.
In this role, you'll lead the creative vision and execution across our marketing and training businesses, overseeing multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, strategically driven work. You'll mentor creative talent, elevate creative standards, strengthen client partnerships, and help shape a high-performing, collaborative culture. Key Responsibilities:
Lead creative excellence across the agency, ensuring consistently exceptional work across marketing, training, promotional, and experiential initiatives
Inspire multidisciplinary Art and Copy teams to develop strategically grounded, breakthrough work
Establish and uphold agency-wide creative standards, guiding concept development, storytelling, campaign architecture, and execution
Serve as the senior creative reviewer, ensuring quality client or leadership deliverables
Mentor, develop, and inspire creative talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
Identify staffing needs and build high-performing creative teams
Lead client relationships, presenting work with strategic clarity, confidence, and persuasive rationale
Partner with clients and internal teams to drive innovation, growth, and long-term success
Optimize creative operations, resource planning, and workflow efficiency
Review creative estimates, staffing recommendations, and workload allocation to maximize quality, efficiency, and profitability
Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Creative Officer, translating vision into execution
Lead pitch development, agency initiatives, and new business presentations to drive growth
Champion emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and creative trends to elevate agency capabilities and creative offerings
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
15+ years of agency experience, including pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing
Experience as a Group Creative Director, Executive Creative Director, Creative Director, or similar leadership role
Proven leader of high-performing, multidisciplinary creative teams
Deep understanding of client brands, business objectives, market dynamics, and business challenges
Strong portfolio of strategic, award-winning creative work
Expertise in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing and omnichannel engagement
Exceptional communication, presentation, and client leadership skills
Track record of driving agency growth and new business success
Strategic thinker with strong execution and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creating meaningful experiences for patients and healthcare professionals

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $107,900.00 - $300,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
