Google Workspace to M365 Migration

I need an end-to-end migration of our entire Google Workspace tenant into Microsoft 365. Every user’s Gmail, calendar, contacts, and personal Drive files must move across, and all Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides should be converted to native Word, Excel, and PowerPoint formats during the transfer. In addition, I want every Shared Drive migrated with its current permissions structure preserved as closely as Microsoft 365 allows.

Beyond the data move itself, I’d like you to walk me through the prerequisites on our side (DNS changes, domain verification, admin roles, etc.), recommend the right Microsoft 365 licensing mix, and flag any limitations or risks we should consider up front. Please outline your approach to migrating third-party integrations currently tied to Google Workspace, the expected timeline and any downtime windows, plus what post-migration validation and support look like.
