Google Maps Review Management

I run several restaurants and cafés and need a reliable partner to keep our Google Maps presence sharp and consistent. Your role will cover three ongoing tasks:

• Writing fresh, professional-sounding reviews that highlight genuine strengths of each venue.
• Monitoring our current review list, flagging anything that needs attention, and suggesting edits when wording or detail can be improved.
• Crafting timely, courteous responses to new customer feedback so visitors see that we listen and act.

I will supply factual notes about each location—menu highlights, service style, unique features, and any recent changes—so every review or reply stays authentic and accurate. Experience with Google Business Profile or similar reputation-management tools is welcomed, but a talent for clear, natural English and an understanding of the hospitality scene are most important.
