GoHighLevel Therapy Practice Automation Setup

I am looking for an experienced **GoHighLevel (GHL) automation specialist** to set up workflows for my private therapy practice.

I am a UK-based LGBTQ+ affirmative psychodynamic therapist. I help LGBTQ+ adults explore challenges such as self-acceptance, internalised shame, fear of rejection, low self-worth, people-pleasing, relationship difficulties, and setting healthy boundaries.

My approach includes my **3-Step Authentic Self Reclamation Method: Uncover, Work Through, and Reclaim**, which helps clients understand emotional patterns, work through difficult feelings, and develop greater self-acceptance.

I now need someone to set up and connect the automations, including:

- **Form submitted but no booking:** Automated follow-up emails for people who complete the VSL form but do not book a free taster session.
- **Booking confirmations and reminders:** Automatic emails when someone books, including appointment details and reminders.
- **Cancellation and no-show follow-ups:** Appropriate emails offering the option to reschedule.
- **Post-taster follow-up:** A gentle follow-up process for prospective clients after their introductory session, subject to my approval.
- **New client onboarding:** Welcome emails, therapy agreements, administrative forms, and relevant information.
- **Ongoing client administration:** Appointment reminders, rescheduling, invoices, and payment notifications where appropriate.
- **CRM and pipeline management:** Automatically tracking enquiries, bookings, completed taster sessions, and new therapy clients.
- **Internal notifications:** Alerting me when someone enquires, books, cancels, or requires my attention.
