I already run my funnels inside GoHighLevel; what I’m missing is a rock-solid workflow that nurtures every new lead without me lifting a finger. I need someone who knows the platform inside out to set up, test, and launch a complete workflow automation focused on lead nurturing.

You will take the copy, tags, and pipeline stages I provide and build a multi-step Workflow that:
• triggers the moment a lead opts in,
• applies the correct tags,
• moves the contact through my pipeline as they engage, and
• notifies my team when a lead is ready for a sales call.

Everything must be created natively in GoHighLevel—no external tools—so it stays simple for me to edit later.

Acceptance criteria
• Leads auto-progress from “New” to “Qualified” based on replies or link clicks.
• All actions, delays, and conditions are clearly labelled inside the workflow.
• Internal email and in-app notifications fire without errors during testing.
• The final workflow is active and documented in the account before hand-off.
