GoHighLevel CRM Automation & API Integration

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help us set up and automate a CRM workflow for a growing business.

The main goal is to organize leads inside GoHighLevel, automate follow-ups, manage pipeline stages, and connect GoHighLevel with external services through APIs and webhooks.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

1. GoHighLevel CRM Setup

• Configure the CRM structure
• Set up contacts and custom fields
• Create appropriate pipeline stages
• Configure opportunity management
• Organize lead statuses and sources

2. Lead Automation

Set up automated workflows for new leads.

Example workflow:

New Lead → CRM Entry → Lead Assignment → Immediate Notification → Automated Follow-Up → Appointment Booking → Pipeline Update

The exact workflow can be discussed with the selected freelancer.

3. Follow-Up Automation

Set up automated follow-ups based on lead status and activity.

Examples include:

• New lead follow-up
• Missed-call follow-up
• Appointment reminders
• No-response follow-up
• Lead reactivation
• Internal team notifications

We want the workflows to be properly structured rather than having everything handled through one large workflow.

4. SMS / Twilio Integration

We are also interested in connecting GoHighLevel with Twilio for SMS communication.

The solution should support:

• Automated SMS
• Trigger-based messages
• Appointment reminders
• Lead follow-ups
• Incoming and outgoing message handling where appropriate
• Basic error handling and logging

5. API & Webhooks

We may need to connect GoHighLevel with an external application.

The freelancer should be comfortable with:

6. Testing
