GoHighLevel Agency & Sub-Account Setup

My agency runs on GoHighLevel and I need a specialist who can dive straight into the platform to streamline every layer—from the agency view down to individual client sub-accounts. Some of our legacy processes are already documented and partially built, others are still on paper, so the job is a blend of migrating what exists and building fresh, best-practice workflows where gaps remain.

Core focus areas
• Sub-account creation and configuration for new and existing clients
• Agency-level management, including snapshots, reporting dashboards, and user permissions
• Robust automation workflows that tie together CRM, marketing automation, and client communication tools (triggers, pipelines, email/SMS sequences, follow-up tasks)

Deliverables & acceptance
• Each client migrated or set up in its own sub-account with pipelines, calendars, and integrations functioning end-to-end
• Agency dashboard cleaned up—custom fields standardized, reporting widgets accurate, and user roles correctly assigned
• At least three reusable workflow templates that automate lead capture, nurture, and handover to sales, all fully tested
• Handoff documentation (loom videos or step-by-steps) so my internal team can maintain and replicate what you build

Access to our current SOPs, API keys, and brand assets will be provided on kickoff. Clear, concise communication is essential; please be comfortable sharing progress updates directly inside GHL or Slack.
