I’m ready to build an end-to-end, AI-driven staffing and recruitment platform and want to start with the core recruitment module before expanding into interview assistance, accounting intelligence, and enterprise integrations.

Phase 1 – Staffing & Recruitment focus
The first milestone is an intelligent recruitment workflow that can automatically ingest vacancies, surface the most relevant candidates, and streamline communication between all parties. I’m expecting modern AI capabilities—think semantic resume parsing, contextual candidate ranking, and interview scheduling handled directly from the dashboard—implemented in a clean, cloud-ready architecture.

Growth roadmap
Once the recruitment engine is solid, we’ll iterate toward AI interview/job support, financial analytics, subscription management, and secure integration with a company’s on-prem servers or preferred cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP). For that reason the underlying codebase must be modular, API-first, and SaaS-friendly from day one.

What I need from you
Show me examples of platforms or large modules you’ve built that prove you can handle sophisticated, AI-enabled back-ends and polished, user-friendly front-ends. Demonstrate experience with tools such as Python, Node.js, TensorFlow or similar ML frameworks, and cloud services that support horizontal scaling and enterprise-grade security.
