Gmail to Zoho Migration Setup

I have one active Google Workspace mailbox that now has to live inside Zoho Mail. The job covers everything from spinning up the new Zoho Workplace account to getting every last email—together with its original Gmail labels—cleanly across.

Scope
• Create and configure a fresh Zoho Workplace environment (users, storage plan, domains).
• Point DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so mail flow cuts over with zero downtime.
• Run a full Gmail mailbox migration, making sure each message arrives with the same labels, read/unread flags, attachments and timestamps.
• Post-migration sanity check: send/receive tests, label spot-checks, and a brief hand-off note on how to manage mail in Zoho going forward.

Acceptance
The project is complete when the Zoho mailbox is live, mail flow is stable for 24 hours, and I can see my former Gmail labels exactly as they were.

All work can be done remotely; I can supply admin credentials and registrar access as needed.
