Georgia Retail Permitting Contractor Needed

I have a new retail-store build starting in Georgia and all stamped architectural and engineering drawings are complete. What I still need is a licensed Georgia commercial general contractor who can appear as the contractor of record and carry the responsibility of securing every municipal approval required for construction.

Scope of work
The job centers on pulling and closing the following permits: building, electrical, and plumbing. Jurisdictions may vary by county, so coordination with local plan reviewers, fire marshal, and utility departments is part of the task. I will handle day-to-day site management once the permits are issued; your name and license simply need to remain active through final inspection.

I’ll supply digital plan sets, energy calculations, and any supporting forms on day one and can cover application fees directly.
