I manage a busy seller account on India’s GEM Portal and need a reliable specialist who can step in regularly to keep everything running smoothly.
Your main focus will be two areas:
• Data entry & management – updating product listings with the latest specs and prices, keeping inventory records accurate, and processing orders and invoices so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Bid management & documentation – preparing, uploading, and tracking bids end-to-end. All bid paperwork is handled through our own custom software, so you’ll work inside that tool while coordinating final uploads on GEM.
Turnaround is often same-day once a tender drops, so I value consistency, attention to detail, and clear communication. If you already know the GEM interface and can follow SOPs without constant supervision, we’ll be a great fit.
