I have a futuristic robot sketched out on paper and now need it transformed into a build-ready design. Using Autodesk Fusion 360, you will take my concept sketch all the way to a manufacturable package:
• Create fully-constrained CAD files suitable for 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining.
• Generate STL files optimised for FDM/SLA 3D printing.
• Integrate robotic actuators and the required gears, shafts, bearings and fasteners.
• Plan realistic cable routing and provide clear assembly instructions and exploded views.
• Deliver a concise bill of materials with sourcing notes.
Only engineers who have already brought robots from idea to hardware will suit this role. When you reply, link to past work that shows motor or actuator integration and production-grade Fusion 360 models; those examples will guide my shortlist. I’m ready to start as soon as I see proof of comparable projects.
