My facility is a large industrial complex that runs multiple gas turbines and high-capacity cooling fans. To demonstrate full compliance with local and national environmental noise limits, I need a complete acoustic survey followed by predictive modeling.

Because no baseline data exist, the work begins with an on-site measurement campaign near Williston ND. You will need to identify all significant sound sources, take calibrated octave-band readings at representative operating conditions, and log meteorological data for traceability. Once the raw data are secured, the next step is to build a 3-D propagation model—CadnaA, SoundPLAN, or a similar ISO 9613-compatible tool is fine—so that I can see current sound power levels, verify boundary compliance, and test mitigation scenarios before construction money is spent.

Deliverables
• Measurement plan and instrument list for my approval
• Field noise survey with time-stamped, calibrated data files
• Fully documented acoustic model (project file + screenshots)
• Compliance report that compares predicted receptor levels with the applicable environmental limits and highlights any exceedances
• Practical mitigation recommendations ranked by expected dB reduction and implementation effort

I will supply detailed site drawings, equipment layouts, and operating schedules once we agree on the measurement dates. Results must be professionally formatted and suitable for submission to the environmental regulator.
