I have a piece of functional-fitness equipment that already performs well mechanically, but I want users to feel as though they are stepping up to a smarter, more immersive station. The next iteration needs a built-in digital display that:

• Shows live workout duration, force produced and limb range of motion
• Delivers real-time feedback while the exercise is in progress
• Saves each session so users can review progress over time

You would take the project from concept to proof-of-concept prototype. That means selecting the right sensors (load cells, IMUs or similar), integrating them cleanly into the frame, building or sourcing a compact screen, writing the embedded firmware to capture and display the metrics, and creating a simple data-logging workflow (on-device storage or Bluetooth companion app—whichever is fastest to implement).

What I need at hand-off:
1. Working prototype assembled on the equipment
2. All schematics, PCB files and a bill of materials
3. Firmware source code with build instructions
4. Brief user guide that shows how to start a session, view real-time stats and access historical data

If you have experience blending sensor hardware with intuitive UI, let’s talk through your approach and timeline.
