Hyland OnBase Cloud Support Specialist

Provide ongoing technical support for a large, cloud-hosted Hyland OnBase deployment that services an enterprise client in Saudi Arabia. The engagement spans three critical areas—system administration and user access, troubleshooting workflows and document processing, as well as preventive maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring—so depth across the full OnBase toolset is essential.

In this cloud environment, I rely on you to keep user accounts, roles, and security permissions tightly managed, ensure workflows, document capture, and records processing run smoothly, and maintain stable integrations with our other business systems. Day-to-day work will involve OnBase Studio, Configuration, Unity Client, Hyland Cloud administration tools, log analysis, and SQL queries, all performed remotely.

• A tested upgrade plan and execution report each quarter
