Employee Leave Management System using Microsoft 365

I need an experienced Microsoft 365 / Power Automate developer to build a complete Employee Leave Management System from scratch for our company.

The system will be used within Microsoft Teams and should be built using Microsoft Lists / SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Approvals, and other suitable Microsoft 365 tools.

I want the entire system designed and built from the beginning, including:

• Employee Leave Application
• Employee Leave Balance
• Multiple leave types such as Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Time Off, and other leave types
• Different leave entitlements for employees where required
• Automatic routing of each application to the employee’s assigned approver
• Approval / rejection workflow
• Automatic deduction from the correct leave balance only after approval
• Leave Cancellation request and approval workflow
• Automatic restoration of leave balance after an approved cancellation
• Notifications to employees and approvers
• Employees can only view their own leave applications and relevant information
• HR / Admin can view and manage all leave records
• Proper Microsoft Lists / SharePoint permissions and access control
• Leave history and application status tracking
• Microsoft Teams integration for easy staff access
• Error handling to prevent duplicate or incorrect leave deductions
• Full testing of the complete workflow

The freelancer should design the Microsoft Lists / SharePoint structure, Power Automate flows, permissions, approval process, and Microsoft Teams integration from scratch.

The final system must be fully functional, reliable, easy for employees to use, and easy for our administrator to maintain.
