We are ASH Rising, a software studio. We need an experienced QA/UX tester to do a full, evidence-based review of a live Kuwaiti real estate marketplace, covering both its website and its mobile app. This is a paid assessment: it is how we choose the testers we bring onto our ongoing client work.

HOW TO WIN THIS JOB
Bid with a SHORT SAMPLE REVIEW: a Word (.docx) file with as many real issues you found on the website and/or app, each with a screenshot and one line on how to fix it. Mix bugs, Arabic/English language conflicts and improvement ideas. The bidder whose sample shows the sharpest, most accurate findings gets the job. The full report described below is the paid work, done after the job is awarded.

WHAT YOU'LL REVIEW
- Website: https://afaq.group (Arabic default + English), on desktop and mobile browsers
- Android app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.afaq.kw
- iPhone app: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/afaq-%D8%A2%D9%81%D8%A7%D9%82/id6808309209
- Both store listings (metadata, privacy/data-safety labels, age rating, support links)

The website and the app use the same backend.

SCOPE
1. Every website page and every app screen you can reach, in BOTH Arabic and English
2. Functional bugs: errors, crashes, broken images and links, failed forms, login/OTP problems, and differences between web, Android and iOS
3. Language and RTL conflicts: untranslated or mixed-language text, layout not mirrored, overlapping or truncated Arabic text, digit/currency (KWD)/date inconsistencies, a language switch that doesn't stick, and validation and error messages in the wrong language
4. UX/UI: navigation, search and filters, property cards and detail pages, empty sections, trust signals, and the add-listing flow
5. Performance: PageSpeed/Lighthouse for the home, listing and property-detail pages (mobile + desktop)
6. SEO basics: headings, meta tags, hreflang, sitemap/robots, structured data
7. Store compliance risks: privacy labels vs. actual data collected, in-app account deletion, and age rating consistency

DELIVERABLES
1. Word (.docx) report with a screenshot next to every finding as proof: executive summary, top 10 priority issues, bugs and issues by area (website, Android, iOS, Arabic/English language conflicts), and improvements for both the website and the mobile app
2. Completed bug log (attached template), one row per issue with steps, expected vs. actual, severity, device and language
3. Coverage map of every page and screen visited, with its status
4. Screenshots and screen recordings named by issue ID

RULES
- Manual testing at normal speed only: no load testing, vulnerability scanning, or attempts to access other users' data (the site rate-limits fast traffic)
- If you post a test ad, title it "TEST - please delete" and remove it afterwards
- Do not contact the business or its users
- All findings are confidential

Bids without a sample review will be skipped.

Strong work here leads to repeat paid QA/UX work on our international client projects.
