Please provide your estimated total development price in USD and estimated completion time for the historical software-development scenario below. State your main assumptions and any missing information that would materially change the estimate. Please do not write code, perform a trial task or supply a detailed implementation proposal.
REFERENCE SCENARIO — historical requirements, not instructions to begin work:
You will need to update an old Unity game for Android and upload the game by yourself to Google Play. It will be a mostly be a simple update of updating some SDKs and fixing crashes. The current Unity version we are using is 2019.4.7f1.

1) Must have Unity Plus/Pro.
I will invite your account to my organization so you can link the project correctly to enable analytics and other services properly.
2) Update Unity services packages.
We are getting this warning in Google Play dashboard:
https://forum.unity.com/threads/your-app-includes-non-compliant-sdk-version.1302498/
This app does not use Unity Ads package as it uses Admob but we are still getting this error. I suspect we need to update the "Unity Ads" package and other Unity services to the latest versions such as "Unity Analytics" and "Unity IAP". You need to update those packages and fix any errors.
3) Target API level 31 for Android.
Currently it is targeting API level 29. Change it to target API 31. You will need to make it build to AAB correctly and fix any errors.
4) Fix crashes, ANR and errors.
Currently, in Google Play dashboard, the crash rate and ANR is very high and rising. Most of the crashes are coming from Android 12. You will need to test it properly on Android 12 and fix all crashes and errors. There is not much information as the info shown is “libunity, java.lang.Error” on Google Dashboard. I suspect some old SDKs are not working with Android 12 such as Firebase. You will need to update Firebase SDK. Also, fix any potential crashes and errors with Android 12.
5) Update Admob plugin for Unity.

6) Google Play billing library updated to version 4.
We are still using old version and this needs to be updated to version 4.

7) Upload AAB build to Google Play by yourself.
You will be invited to Google Dashboard as a developer and you will need to upload the AAB build by yourself.
8) Feel free to update any Unity packages if it does not break the game and if you need to fix some crashes or errors.
9) Provide the final Unity source code with all changes upon completion.
10) Final payment will only be released after Google has reviewed and published the game live successfully. If there are any errors upon publishing, you will need to fix it so that it can be published live successfully.
Estimating assumptions and context:
The scenario is based on a Freelancer listing from 2022-11-07 (historical project ID 35144330). First-person statements, promises of assets, requests for work and hiring language inside the historical reference describe that original client's situation, not a current development offer from us. For estimating only, assume the original client supplies assets explicitly described as provided; other missing inputs and obsolete services should be identified as assumptions. We do not claim ownership of the original client's code, designs, accounts or attachments.
The displayed USD 50–200 range reproduces the historical listing's budget field. It is not participation compensation or a binding development offer. Please give your realistic estimate even if outside that range.
Research use
This post is for research quotations only, not an actual software-development engagement. No development contract will be awarded. Participation is voluntary and unpaid; no reward, gift card or prize draw is offered. Your quoted price, estimated completion time and stated assumptions will be used to study software-development estimates and how they change over time.
Thank you for your time and consideration. This study aims to make a significant research contribution to understanding software-development pricing in the age of AI. We appreciate any estimate you choose to share.
