Full Media Production Crew Needed

I’m putting together a one-off creative event and need a small but versatile production crew to capture it end-to-end. The project is entirely personal, so I’m looking for professionals who can translate a very specific vision rather than follow a corporate brief.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Video recording throughout the day, including multicam coverage of the main performance and plenty of behind-the-scenes footage for later edits.
• Stills photography that balances documentary-style candids with a few styled shots I’ll art-direct on site.
• A cohesive team approach: sound, lighting tweaks, data wrangling, and smooth hand-offs between video and photo so nothing is missed.

We’ll shoot in a single indoor venue, and I can provide a detailed run-of-show beforehand. I’ll handle editing myself, so the key deliverable is well-organized, high-quality raw media (4K video files and uncompressed RAW photos) delivered on a shared drive within 48 hours of wrap.
