I am in the early construction phase of a new house and want every core system to run on KNX. The brief is straightforward: design, configure and help me bring online a single, integrated network that handles lighting and blinds, heating and air-conditioning, plus the full security layer of sensors and alarms.
You will begin with a complete wiring and topology plan that my electrician can follow without guesswork. From there I need the full device list and ETS project file, followed by remote or on-site commissioning support so we can test, tweak and sign off every function. Programming should cover typical scenes (day, night, away, vacation), energy-efficient HVAC logic, and alarm responses that link to lighting and push notifications.
Deliverables
• KNX wiring & topology diagrams in PDF/DWG
• Detailed bill of materials with exact KNX part numbers
• ETS project file with all group addresses, parameters and scenes pre-programmed
• Step-by-step commissioning checklist and two live support sessions (video or on-site, as agreed)
• As-built documentation and a brief user guide for the homeowner
Acceptance criteria: the system must pass functional tests for each controlled domain, show stable operation for 48 continuous hours, and allow future expansion through unused group addresses clearly noted in the documentation.
If you have a proven track record with ETS, KNX Secure, and multi-discipline integration, I’m ready to review your proposal and timeline.
