Frontend Development of 4 Scrolltide Templates using Alpine.js, Sails.js and Tailwind CSS

I am looking for an experienced frontend developer to recreate and implement 4 website templates based on the following Scrolltide references:

The goal is to reproduce the visual design, layout, animations, interactions, transitions and responsive behavior of these templates as accurately as possible.

This project is frontend only.

I do NOT need:

Backend development

Database

Authentication

Admin panel

API development

CMS

Sails.js should only be used as the project/frontend structure where requested. No backend business logic is required.

Requirements

The final result should closely match the reference templates, including:

Responsive layout

Desktop, tablet and mobile compatibility

Scroll animations

Hover effects

Page transitions

Interactive components

Typography

Spacing

Sections and layout structure

Smooth animations

High visual accuracy

Clean and maintainable code

Tailwind CSS should be used for styling.

The pages should be optimized for modern browsers and should have good performance.

Deliverables

For each template I need:

Complete source code

Responsive frontend

All animations and interactions working

Organized folder structure

Reusable components where appropriate

Tailwind configuration

Alpine.js or Sails.js setup depending on the template

Assets properly organized

Instructions for running the project locally

Quality Expectation

I am looking for a high-quality recreation, not just a basic HTML copy.

The developer should carefully study the reference websites and reproduce the overall experience, animations and visual details as closely as possible.

Please include examples of similar frontend, animation-heavy, or interactive websites you have previously developed in your proposal.
