Title:
Architectural + Structural + MEP Design – 1,700m² Residential/Mixed-Use Building
Description:
We are looking for an experienced and cost-effective engineer or small engineering team to complete the Architectural, Structural and MEP design for a building project in Jordan.
Project:
- Land area: approx. 870 m²
- Total built-up area: approx. 1,700 m²
- Basement + 4–5 floors
- Mainly residential with a small commercial portion
IMPORTANT:
The project concept and preliminary floor plans are ALREADY PREPARED.
We are NOT starting the architectural design from zero.
The selected freelancer/team will develop the existing plans into a complete, coordinated engineering package.
Required Scope:
- Architectural drawings
- Structural design + calculations + drawings
- Plumbing & drainage
- HVAC / ventilation as required
- Firefighting if required
- Electrical design, lighting, power & load schedules
- Coordination between Architectural, Structural & MEP
Deliverables:
Complete DWG + PDF files, editable/source files, structural calculations, relevant MEP calculations, and coordinated drawings.
We already have a local engineering consultant in Jordan who will review, stamp and submit the drawings for licensing.
No Jordanian engineering license or stamp is required from the freelancer.
The freelancer/team must be willing to make reasonable revisions according to comments from our local consultant.
PRICE:
We prefer a FIXED PRICE for the complete project, NOT an hourly rate.
We are looking for a competitive outsourcing price and are open to:
- Individual engineers
- Small engineering teams
- Freelancers
- Engineering offices
