Freight Operations Coordinator Needed

Operations Coordinator (Freight Forwarding)

We are Droob Voyage, a freight brokerage handling ocean freight (FCL/LCL, port-to-port) between China/India and the UAE. We need a Freight Operations Coordinator to manage shipments end-to-end with our existing partner agents in China, India, and the UAE.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate bookings directly with our existing partner shipping agents (no need to source new carriers)
Prepare and verify shipping documents: Bill of Lading, packing list, commercial invoice, UAE customs clearance paperwork
Track shipment status from booking to delivery and proactively update clients
Flag and resolve issues (delays, customs holds, documentation errors)

Requirements:

Proven experience in ocean freight documentation and operations (FCL/LCL)
Familiarity with UAE customs clearance
Experience coordinating with agents in China and/or India specifically
Strong attention to detail and proactive communication
Available for ongoing daily/weekly work (not one-off consultations)
