Freelancer-Style UI Design Needed

I’m building a new web platform and the part of Freelancer.com that really inspires me is its clean, well-structured user interface. I want to capture that same intuitive feel—smooth page transitions, clear hierarchy, and a layout that instantly tells users where to click next—without copying the site pixel for pixel.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A modern desktop-first web UI concept that echoes the clarity and friendliness of Freelancer’s interface
• Responsive breakpoints so the design adapts elegantly to tablets and phones
• A clickable prototype (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) showcasing the key screens: homepage, dashboard, project detail, and messaging
• A short style guide covering typography, colour palette, button states, and icon style so my dev team can implement the design consistently

Acceptance criteria
• The prototype must let me navigate through the core flows without dead ends or dummy links.
• Visual components should be organised into reusable symbols / components.
• Files must be delivered in an editable format with all fonts and assets properly licensed or clearly referenced.
