Freelance Residential Building Drafter

Senior Draftsperson - Australian Residential Construction

Knowledge of Australian Residential construction standards is essential.

Archway Design Studio is a residential building design practice based in South Australia, specialising in custom homes, renovations, and small-scale developments.
We are looking for a freelance draftsperson to assist with ongoing residential projects.
 
The Role
You will be assisting with:
* Preparation of planning and working drawing sets
* Drafting from markups and sketches
* Amendments and updates to existing drawings
* General documentation support across residential projects
 
What We’re Looking For
* Experience using AutoCAD (essential)
* Experience with Revit (preferred but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work from markups and direction
* Understanding of Australian residential construction drawings

* Freelance / subcontractor arrangement
* Flexible workload
* Ongoing opportunity for the right person
