Complete 3D Interior & Exterior Design + Material & Procurement Details — New G+2 Residence

I have a structural-engineer-approved floor plan and DWG/PDF drawings for a new G+2 residence and am looking for an experienced architect/interior designer/3D visualizer to develop a complete, construction-oriented 3D design package covering both the exterior and interiors.

The overall design direction is contemporary Modern, with a clean, sophisticated, premium appearance. Accuracy to the structural drawings and site dimensions is extremely important, as the final design will be used for coordination with my builder, contractors and procurement team.

1. EXTERIOR 3D DESIGN

The exterior design should cover the complete visible building, with particular attention to:

* Main front façade and entrance
* North, South, East and West elevations wherever visible
* Roofline and terrace/parapet treatment
* Balconies, projections and architectural features
* Windows, doors and glazing
* Exterior cladding and façade materials
* Boundary wall/gate, where applicable
* External stairs and other architectural elements
* Driveway, pathways and hardscape
* Complete visible landscaping
* Outdoor lighting and façade lighting
* Day and night appearance

The architectural language should be modern, elegant and timeless, avoiding overly complicated or impractical detailing.

2. COMPLETE INTERIOR 3D DESIGN

I also require 3D interior concepts for the major spaces of the residence, including:

* Living room
* Family/lounge areas
* Dining area
* Bedrooms
* Master bedroom
* Kitchen
* Bathrooms/toilets
* Staircase
* Corridors and circulation areas
* Pooja/utility/storage areas where applicable
* Entrance/foyer
* Balconies and other significant spaces

The interiors should be coordinated with the architectural/structural layout and designed with practical furniture placement, lighting, ceiling design, flooring, wall finishes, wardrobes/storage and other built-in elements.

3. MATERIAL & FINISH SPECIFICATIONS

This is not only a rendering project.

For every significant visible interior and exterior element, I need the proposed material/finish specification, including where applicable:

* Flooring
* Wall finishes
* Paints/textures
* Stone/marble/granite
* Exterior cladding
* Wood/WPC/HPL finishes
* Glass and glazing
* Aluminium/uPVC profiles
* Roofing/terrace finishes
* Doors and hardware
* Sanitaryware
* Bathroom fittings
* Kitchen finishes
* Modular cabinetry
* Wardrobes
* False ceilings
* Decorative lighting
* Architectural lighting
* Switches and electrical accessories
* Landscape materials
* Hardscape
* Plants and planters
* Outdoor furniture/fixtures

Please specify brand/manufacturer, product/series where possible, finish/colour, approximate specification and supplier/catalogue reference.

Local Indian suppliers are preferred. Online/catalogue references may be provided where the product is genuinely available in India.

4. 3D MODEL & RENDERINGS

The final model should be created in SketchUp, Revit or another industry-standard platform, accurately aligned with the structural engineer’s drawings.

Required deliverables:

* Fully modelled and textured 3D building
* Exterior 3D views
* Interior 3D views
* High-resolution photorealistic renders
* Multiple façade/elevation perspectives
* Key interior perspectives
* Daylight renders
* Night-lighting renders
* One short orbital/walkthrough animation showing the exterior
* Source 3D model and relevant textures/material information

5. MATERIAL / PROCUREMENT SCHEDULE

A major requirement is a detailed material schedule that my contractor and procurement team can actually use.

For each selected material/product, provide:

The objective is to eliminate guesswork during procurement and allow the builder to identify the intended product or an approved equivalent.

6. CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION

The design must be practical to execute and coordinated with the structural drawings.

Please identify and flag:

* Architectural/structural clashes
* Beam/column conflicts
* Cantilever/projection issues
* Window and door alignment issues
* Staircase conflicts
* Plumbing/electrical coordination concerns
* Façade fixing requirements
* Waterproofing considerations
* Terrace/roof detailing concerns
* Any dimensions that require confirmation before construction

I also require basic installation/implementation sequencing notes for major architectural and interior elements so that the design can be integrated with the ongoing construction schedule.

7. INPUT FILES

I will provide:

* Structural-engineer floor plans
* DWG files
* PDF drawings
* Site photographs
* Additional dimensions/details wherever required

Accuracy to the supplied drawings is critical. Please do not redesign structural elements without identifying and discussing the change first.

Any discrepancies between the drawings, site photographs and proposed design should be highlighted before proceeding to final modelling.

8. IDEAL FREELANCER

I am looking for someone with demonstrated experience in:

* Modern residential architecture
* G+2/G+3 residences
* Exterior 3D visualization
* Interior 3D visualization
* Architectural material selection
* Photorealistic rendering
* Construction-oriented detailing
* Indian/Hyderabad construction materials and suppliers

Preference will be given to freelancers who can demonstrate completed modern residential projects, rather than purely CGI/rendering work.

I am not looking for attractive renders alone.

The objective is to develop a coordinated, realistic and procurement-ready design package that can be taken from concept → 3D visualization → material selection → contractor coordination → construction.
