Freelance Job Network Development

I need a complete web-based freelance job network built from the ground up. The core idea is similar to the big freelance marketplaces: clients post projects, freelancers create profiles, and both sides can connect and transact in a safe, intuitive environment.

Scope
• Full front-end and back-end development, responsive for desktop and mobile
• Account management for both freelancers and clients, including profile creation, portfolio upload and basic analytics
• Project posting with search and filter functions so users can quickly find relevant work or talent
• Real-time or near-real-time messaging between parties to negotiate terms before a contract is created
• Admin dashboard where I can moderate users, approve listings and pull platform metrics

Tech preferences
I am flexible on stack, though modern frameworks such as React or Vue for the UI and Node.js, Laravel or Django for the API will make future scaling easier. Clean REST (or GraphQL) endpoints, a relational database, Stripe/PayPal payment hooks and solid authentication (JWT or OAuth) are expected.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a public or private Git repository
2. Deployed staging link for live testing
3. Basic documentation covering setup, architecture and key components
4. A short hand-off call or video explaining deployment and maintenance steps

Acceptance
The platform should allow a new user to sign up, create a profile, post or apply to a job, exchange at least one message and appear correctly in admin metrics without console errors.
