FootFolio, our soon-to-launch South African marketplace for verified adult foot photography, needs a complete legal foundation.
Phase 1 – Incorporation & Governance
• Register the company and draft a Memorandum of Incorporation plus a 50/50 shareholders’ agreement.
• The agreement must state: “Mediation first, then legal advice. A buyout at fair value is a last resort” for any deadlock, and if one founder exits, “the remaining founder gets the first right to buy their shares at fair value.”
Phase 2 – Platform Documentation
• Website terms and conditions, privacy policy (POPIA-compliant), and separate buyer & seller agreements.
• Practical guidance on age verification, obtaining explicit consent, and an efficient content-removal process suitable for an adult-oriented marketplace.
Optional – Trade Mark
Please quote separately for searching, filing and registering the FootFolio trade mark.
What to include in your proposal
• Relevant South African marketplace or fintech experience.
• Itemised quote in rand that distinguishes professional fees from CIPC, trade-mark and other filing costs.
