I need a complete SolidWorks‐based design package for a flexographic label-printing / converting machine. Because I have no existing sketches, the job begins from a blank screen: you will translate functional notes and rough dimensions I provide into a fully detailed digital prototype that can go straight to manufacturing.
The scope covers the entire machine, not just the frame or major sub-assemblies. Every shaft, gear, tensioning device, guard and fastener has to be captured in the 3D environment and then broken out into shop-ready 2D drawings.
Deliverables I expect:
• Parametric 3D model in SolidWorks, fully constrained and organised into clean sub-assemblies
• Manufacturing drawings for every individual part, complete with tolerances, finish call-outs and BOM balloons
• Exploded and fully assembled drawings with a structured bill of materials
• Native SolidWorks files plus neutral formats (STEP/IGES) for vendor sharing
• PDF sets of all 2D drafts for quick print reference
Acceptance criteria:
• All components present—nothing shown as a simple block or placeholder
• Dimensions and hole call-outs match the functional requirements I provide
• Assemblies rebuild without errors or suppressed features
• Drawings pass a basic machinist check for clarity and completeness
Clear, timely communication and short review loops will keep the project moving; I’ll supply functional specs, performance targets and feedback as you progress.
