Scaled 2D Apartment Floor Plan

I’ve sketched my 75 m², 2-bedroom apartment and now need it drafted into a crisp, professional 1 : 50 floor plan that I can forward to my renovation contractor.
The drawing should capture the exact layout I supplied—walls, door swings and window placements then label each space (living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, hallway) and list its area. Please show dimensions in both metres and feet so everyone on the team can read the plan easily. The overall look should stay simple; feel free to use any standard architectural symbols you prefer for doors and windows.

I do not need furniture blocks or a 3D view, just a clear 2D plan that matches my measurements.
