Fix Website DNS Issue

My site has suddenly stopped loading and I’m pretty sure it’s a DNS-related problem. I haven’t knowingly made any recent changes, though I’m not 100 % certain. The good news is that I can log into the hosting control panel, so you’ll have full access to DNS zones, nameserver settings, and any server logs you might need. I have a rough idea of how the records should look, but I’m not confident enough to troubleshoot this myself.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Inspect the current nameserver and DNS record configuration (A, CNAME, MX, AAAA, etc.).
• Identify and correct any mis-pointed or missing records so the domain resolves properly worldwide.
• Confirm propagation and show that the site loads over both HTTP and HTTPS from multiple locations.
• Provide a brief summary of what was wrong and the exact fixes you applied so I can keep a record for future reference.
Once the site is reachable again and passes basic uptime checks, the job is done.
