# Medical Supply Chain Management & Pharmaceutical Traceability Platform

## Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced full-stack development team or senior developer to build a modern, secure, and responsive web-based Medical Supply Chain Management Platform focused on pharmaceutical traceability, verification, transparency, and regulatory compliance.

The platform will enable medicines to be tracked throughout the supply chain, from manufacturers to pharmacies and end consumers, while maintaining a reliable audit history and providing medicine authenticity verification.

## Core MVP Scope

The MVP is expected to include:

* User registration, authentication, and role-based access control
* Government/regulatory authority workflows
* Drug registration and licensing management
* Medicine/unit registration with unique identifiers
* End-to-end medicine traceability
* Ownership and custody transfer tracking
* Manufacturer and pharmacy workflows
* Complete audit history
* Medicine verification functionality
* Public verification portal for consumers
* Responsive dashboards and UI/UX
* Secure REST APIs and backend services
* Database design and implementation
* Basic reporting and compliance-related functionality

## Technical Requirements

We are looking for expertise in:

* Modern responsive web application development
* React / Vue / Angular or comparable frontend technologies
* TypeScript / JavaScript
* Node.js, Go, or comparable backend technologies
* PostgreSQL or other relational databases
* REST API development and integration
* Authentication and role-based authorization
* Cloud infrastructure and deployment
* DevOps / CI/CD
* Automated testing and QA
* Application security and data protection

Experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical, supply-chain, traceability, serialization, ERP/WMS integration, or regulatory platforms is highly valuable.

## Integration & Scalability

The architecture should be designed with future integration in mind. The platform may eventually need to exchange data with manufacturers, pharmacies, wholesalers, and other existing systems.

Experience with API integrations, EDI, GS1 standards, EPCIS, ERP/WMS integrations, or healthcare interoperability would therefore be a strong advantage.

## UI/UX

The platform must have a modern, professional, and fully responsive UI/UX.

Different user roles will have different workflows and dashboards, while the public verification portal should provide a simple experience for consumers using desktop or mobile devices.

## Blockchain

Blockchain is not a mandatory requirement for the MVP. We are open to technical recommendations regarding whether blockchain or other technologies would provide meaningful benefits for specific use cases.

## Expected Deliverables

The selected freelancer/team will be expected to provide:

* Complete MVP web application
* Frontend and backend source code
* Database implementation
* API documentation
* Responsive UI/UX
* Testing and QA
* Deployment and configuration
* Technical documentation
* Source-code repository and handover
* Post-launch technical support as agreed

## Timeline

We currently estimate approximately 4–6 months for the MVP, depending on the final scope, architecture, development approach, and team composition.

We are open to reviewing a detailed development plan and timeline proposed by qualified candidates.
